Here's some gameplay footage from the new Cartoon Network animated series-inspired game Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric (Wii U):
Looks Sonic Heroes-ysh, with more beat 'em segments akin to Rayman 3 and Crash of the Titans (my least favorite episodes in those franchises, respectively) .
And here's the much niced Sonic Boom: Shattered Crystal (3DS):
Reminds me of the Sonic 4 games or Sonic Rush minus the said "rush" ability. Nice!
